Our standard delivery charge is �25 per order to most areas in the UK. Delivery depends on product availability and is generally within 7 to 14 days. Quicker delivery times can be arranged for an additional cost depending on your area.
if a quicker delivery is required please ask and we can arrange a cost and look at availability for you. For speed of delivery a BACS payment may be required
We will use different couriers depending on the size of the order and so the delivery methods will vary.
Dispatch of Goods
We will notify you via email when your goods have been dispatched to you. We aim to provide you with an accurate date on which the Goods will be ready for delivery. Where we become aware that the date for delivery may be delayed, we shall notify you as soon as possible and aim to provide you with a revised date. We will not be liable for any loss you incur, whether financial or otherwise, resulting directly or indirectly from our delay or failure to meet the date where the delay is caused by reasons outside of our control.
Where agreed, we shall deliver the Goods to any address (in the United Kingdom) you may specify (subject to appropriate instructions or directions being given). We shall notify you at the time of confirming your order of any additional delivery charges or other expenses for which you will be liable.
Any items that are not received within 15 working days of your dispatch confirmation email must contact us so that it can be investigated with the courier. We will not be responsible for any non delivered products after this time or failure to advise accordingly.
Please note that working days are classified as Monday to Friday and exclude bank holidays. Delivery times apply to items in stock. On the occasion that an item is not in stock we will contact you and either give you an estimated time of availability or give you a full refund. Deliveries normally occur from 7:30am to 5:00pm.
If you fail to take delivery of the Goods or fail to give us adequate delivery instructions at the time stated for delivery, then we reserve the right to store the Goods until actual delivery and charge you for the reasonable costs (including insurance) of storage or subsequent delivery charges which we may incur.
Someone must be available to sign for the goods during normal working hours and this person should be known to you. We will not be held responsible if the person signing for the goods is not the person who has placed the order/paid for the goods. We will equally not be held responsible if the incorrect address details have been supplied.
If you receive your goods, but then decide that you do not want them, you may return the goods for a refund. You must contact My Paving Shop prior to returning the goods.
You may cancel your order and return it to us within 30 days of receiving your order by getting in contact with us. The following conditions apply:
The product must be new, unused, sealable and returned in its original packaging.
Please be aware that only FULL packs can be returned.
All Items will incur return fees that are associated with that particular item. This means that you will have to pay the postage costs to return the item back to us. These costs will not be refunded to you.
It is your responsibility to take care of any products you wish to return. We will not accept any products that have been damaged or deteriorated due to your own negligence.
Refunds will be made once the items are received and a confirmation email will be sent to you advising the refund amount. Please allow up to 5 working days for us to refund your PayPal account.
Please note that if you are returning the item because you have changed your mind and there is nothing wrong with the product, then My Paving Shop reserve the right to charge you return fee for us to restock the item. My Paving Shop also reserves the right to withhold a percentage of the refund value of returned goods if the product or its packaging is in such a condition that the item needs to be reduced in price for resale.
